Limitation of Service. When using the Service, you may experience technical or other difficulties. We are not liable for or responsible for any technical difficulties or any resulting damages that you may incur. We reserve the right to change, suspend or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, or your use of the Service, in whole or in part, immediately and at any time without prior notice to you.
Limitation of Service. We have the right to revoke, refuse access to, or terminate Digital Banking at any time, without cause or notice. If we do, you understand that any scheduled transactions will not be made. You will be denied the use of Digital Banking if you do not enter the correct login information. There is a limit of three (3) failed login attempts and your access to Digital Banking will be suspended if you exceed these limits. If you need to reset your User ID or password, follow the steps provided within the Digital Banking platforms. You can also contact our Customer Service Center seven days a week at 000-000-0000 or visit a branch for help resetting your login credentials. If you access Digital Banking through our mobile application, all of the features of online banking may not be available. To access all features and services offered through online banking, sign in directly to our website at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. Please refer to this Agreement, your Personal Deposit Account Agreement, or Product Guide and Fee Schedule for information on fees and digital services.

We will attempt to post alerts on our website or send you a text message to notify you of these interruptions in service. We cannot assume responsibility for any technical or other difficulties or any resulting damages that you may incur. Some of the Mobile Deposit Services have qualification requirements, and we reserve the right to change the qualifications at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to change, suspend or discontinue the Mobile Deposit Services, in whole or in part, or your use of the Mobile Deposit Services, in whole or in part, immediately and at any time without prior notice to you. If you fail to use the Mobile Deposit Service for 180 days, the Bank may discontinue your access to the service.
Limitation of Service. Recipient shall adhere to and follow all relevant Provider policies governing the use of Services provided in this Schedule 3. This shall include, but not be limited to, Provider’s internet usage policy and security policies.

Limitation of Service. 16.1 Notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement, this Agreement applies only to Services provided directly to the Customer for the Customer’s use. These provisions shall not apply to offerings by the Customer for services to third parties. This Agreement does not constitute a joint undertaking for the furnishing of any service to customers or other third parties of the Customer. Services provided to the Customer under this Agreement may be connected to other facilities between certain locations and thereby constitute a portion of end-to-end service furnished by the Customer to its customers or third parties. DoIT does not undertake to offer any services to any person or entity other than the Customer.
Limitation of Service. The Bank has the right to revoke or refuse access to, or to terminate, the Online Services at any time, without cause or notice. The Client will be denied the use of the Online Services if it does not enter a correct User ID, password, and, if applicable, security challenge response. There is a limit on the number of failed log-in attempts, and the Client’s access to the Online Services may be suspended if the Client exceeds such limit.
Limitation of Service. The Seller shall not have access to any of the Purchaser’s real time accounting systems or services.
Limitation of Service. This Agreement relates solely to Consultant's services as a finder in introducing Client to Owner. There are no additional services that Consultant is required to perform to be entitled to the above compensation. CONSULTANT REPRESENTS THAT IT IS NOT A LICENSED SECURITIES DEALER, AND THAT THIS AGREEMENT IS NOT INTENDED FOR T14E PURPOSE OF BUYING, SELLING OR TRADING SECURITIES.
