Mobile Deposit Services. A. The mobile deposit capture services (Remote Deposit or Service) is designed to allow you to make deposits to your checking, club accounts, or savings accounts from your camera-enabled mobile device capable of capturing check images and information and electronically delivering the items and associated deposit information to the Credit Union or the Credit Union's designated processor. The device must capture an image of the front and back of each check to be deposited in accordance with the procedures; must read and capture the magnetic ink character recognition (MICR) line on each check; and must read and capture all such other data and information as is required by this Agreement or Federal Reserve regulations for the processing of these checks for payment. The Credit Union offers the benefits and convenience of the Service to you free. The Credit Union reserves the right to charge fees for the Service in the future.

Mobile Deposit Services. The Services described in this Mobile Deposit Services section are designed to enable you to make deposits of paper checks (“Original Checks”) to your checking, savings, or money market accounts from home or elsewhere by using your camera-enabled mobile Device to capture digital images of the Original Checks and then transmitting the digital images and associated deposit information (“Images”) to us or our designated processor.
Mobile Deposit Services. The following additional provisions apply to the use of the Mobile Deposit Services. The Mobile Deposit Service allows you to use our Mobile App to make deposits to your Accounts from home, office, or other remote locations (individually a “Mobile Deposit”; collectively “Mobile Deposits”) by taking photos of the front and back of original Checks and transmitting the digital images (“Images”) and associated deposit information to us or our processor with your Mobile Device.
Mobile Deposit Services. The mobile deposit services (“Deposit Services”) are designed to allow you to make deposits to your checking, savings, or money market accounts using your approved mobile device from any location by taking pictures of physical checks and delivering the images and associated deposit information to the Bank or the Bank’s designated processor. We reserve the right to reject any item transmitted through the Deposit Services, at our discretion without incurring any liability to you. We may restrict and/or cancel, without prior notice, your ability to use Deposit Services if we notice any suspicious activity or mismanagement of Plains Commerce Bank accounts including failure to promptly bring negative account balances to a positive balance. Eligible Items. You agree to take pictures of and deposit only checks as that term is defined in Federal Reserve Regulation CC (“Reg CC”). You agree that the image of the check transmitted to the Bank shall be deemed an “item” within the meaning of Articles 3 and 4 of the Uniform Commercial Code. In order for a check to be accepted and processed using the Deposit Service, it must: • Be an original paper check, • Be payable to You and endorsed properly, • Be payable in U.S. dollars, • Be payable at a financial institution in the United States, • Be dated within 6 (six) months prior to date of deposit, • Have all areas of the check completed, and • Be legible and in good physical condition. Prohibited Items. You agree that you will not use the Deposit Services to take pictures of and deposit any checks or other items as shown below which shall be considered ineligible items: • Checks or items payable to any person or entity other than you. • Checks payable to you and another party who is not a joint owner on the account. • Checks made payable to a business that you attempt to deposit into a personal account. • Checks or items containing an alteration to any of the fields on the front of the check or item, or which you know or suspect, or should know or suspect, are fraudulent or otherwise not authorized by the owner of the account on which the check or item is drawn. • Checks that have been previously negotiated. • Checks that have previously been submitted through the Deposit Services or through a service offered at another financial institution. • Checks or items previously converted to a substitute check, as defined in Reg CC. • Checks or items drawn on a financial institution located outside the United States. • Checks or i...
Mobile Deposit Services. By using the Mobile Deposit Service (“Service”) or by electronically accepting these Mobile Deposit Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”), you and any joint owners or authorized users, jointly and severally, agree to the terms and conditions in this Agreement, and any amendments. The Mobile Deposit service is subject to the following terms and conditions and to the instructions, rules and terms provided to you via a link within the service and incorporated by reference herein.
Mobile Deposit Services. Mobile Deposit, available only for certain Mobile Devices with the Mobile App, allows you to deposit checks to your DFFCU accounts from home or other remote locations by electronically transmitting a digital image of your paper checks to DFFCU in accordance with this Agreement. Simply endorse the check, including the words “DFCU Mobile Deposit,” take a picture of both sides of the check, choose the account into which to deposit it, fill out the applicable information and submit it. We will review the image to ensure it meets image quality standards for the deposit and collection of the check.
Mobile Deposit Services. The following terms apply only to customers who have been approved by the Bank to use the Bank’s mobile deposit services (“Mobile Deposit Services”). Mobile Deposit Services are not available to all customers, and we reserve the right to limit or prohibit your access to such services. If there is any conflict between these terms and terms set forth elsewhere in this Agreement or any other agreement between you and the Bank, these terms will control.

Mobile Deposit Services. Mobile Deposit Capture ("Mobile Deposit") allows you to deposit checks to your Georgia’s Own Credit Union (“Georgia’s Own”) accounts from home or other remote locations by electronically transmitting a digital image of your paper checks to Georgia’s Own in accordance with this Agreement. Simply endorse the check ‘For Mobile Deposit Only to Georgia’s Own Credit Union’ and we will review the image to ensure it meets image quality standards for the deposit and collection of the check.
Mobile Deposit Services. The Service is designed to allow you to make deposits to eligible accounts by scanning checks and delivering the images and associated deposit information to the Bank or the Bank’s designated processor. The accounts eligible for mobile deposit will display in the “To” account selection option during the mobile deposit process (each such account hereinafter referred to as an “Authorized Account”). Each such deposit is referred to in this Agreement as a “Mobile Deposit Transaction.” By using the Service you authorize the Bank to convert checks to images or create substitute checks for the purpose of clearing the check. By using the Service, you authorize the Bank to request, and obtain from time to time, credit reports or other information from any consumer reporting agencies. The Bank reserves the right to change the Service at any time and in any manner in its sole discretion. Your continued use of the Service will indicate your acceptance of any such changes to the Service.
Mobile Deposit Services. The Mobile Deposit Service allows you to make deposits to your checking or savings account(s) from anywhere by taking a picture (scan) of a check. By using the Mobile Deposit Service, you authorize the Bank to convert check(s) to images and create substitute checks for the purpose of clearing the check. Deposit Limitations The current daily maximum amount that can be deposited through the Mobile Deposit Service on any Business Day is $25,000, but can be adjusted to meet your needs. Please contact Client Services at 781-749-2200 for additional information. The Bank however, reserves the right to impose and/or modify limits on the amount(s) and/or number of transactions made using the Mobile Deposit Service from time to time. Funds deposited using the Mobile Deposit Service after 5:00 PM, EST and/or on a non-Business Day will apply to the daily maximum amount for the next Business Day.
