Licenses, Permits and Taxes. The Contractor shall, at its own expense, have and maintain all licenses, registrations, permits, and approvals necessary for the performance of the Contract, including without limitation, registration with the Washington State Department of Revenue. Licenses, Permits and Taxes. Exhibitor agrees to obtain the proper licenses and/or permits for the use of the space and any of the activity occurring in the space, covered by this Agreement as required by Federal, State and Local law and supply evidence of same to the Fair on demand.
