LESS THAN EIGHT HOURS. An employee with less than 8 hours vacation leave may receive leave without pay to cover the remainder of the day or he may work the remainder of the day, not to exceed eight (8) hours within the employee’s regular scheduled shift.
LESS THAN EIGHT HOURS. Where an employee is scheduled for less than eight (8) hours in a day, the shift cannot be extended unless by consent of the employee.
