LESS THAN EIGHT HOURS. An employee with less than 8 hours vacation leave may receive leave without pay to cover the remainder of the day or he may work the remainder of the day, not to exceed eight (8) hours within the employee’s regular scheduled shift.

LESS THAN EIGHT HOURS. Where an employee is scheduled for less that eight (8) hours in a day, the shift cannot be extended unless by consent of the employee.

  • Shift Hours All shifts assigned by the Employer must conform with the following guidelines:

  • Support Hours 3.1. Standard Support Hours: Toll-free telephone support (0-000-000-0000 option #2) is available Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. EST to 8:00 p.m. EST. After- hours, holiday and weekend support for Severity 1 and Severity 2 issues is available by calling 0-000-000-0000, option #8.

  • Ordinary Hours 6.1.1 Ordinary hours will be 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday with a maximum of 7.6 ordinary paid hours a day. All ordinary hours shall be worked between the hours of 6am and 6pm.

  • Minimum Hours All employees shall be paid their regular hourly rate for each hour worked except where employed for less than four (4) consecutive hours per day, in which event they shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours pay. An employee who is called for work and upon reporting finds that his or her services are not required shall receive two (2) hours pay.

  • Contact Hours The contact hour load for an eLearning course or section shall be equivalent to that for a face-to-face course.

  • Maximum Hours No employee shall be required to work more than twelve (12) hours per day, or for more than forty-eight (48) hours per week, unless mutually agreed otherwise by the Employer and the employee.

  • Hours For the purposes of an unpaid 7.5-hour shift, the deduction from pay shall equate to 9.375 hours.

  • Normal Hours This article defines what normal working hours will be and is a guarantee that employees will be paid for all of the time that they are required by management to remain on the job.

  • Number of Hours enter the total number of hours worked during the report period by the Employees in the employment category. Amount Payable under the Contract: enter the total amount paid by the State to the State Contractor under the Contract, for work by the Employees in the employment category, for services provided during the report period.

  • Quiet Hours Each Roommate: (check one) ☐ Agrees to keep their noise to a minimum to allow the Roommates to sleep, study, work, and for other purposes.
