ZEROING OUT OVERTIME ROSTER Clause Samples

The "Zeroing Out Overtime Roster" clause establishes a process for resetting or clearing the accumulated overtime hours or assignments tracked for employees. In practice, this means that any overtime hours previously recorded on a roster are set back to zero, typically at the end of a defined period such as a pay cycle, quarter, or year. This ensures that all employees start with a clean slate for overtime allocation, promoting fairness and preventing the carryover of overtime imbalances from one period to the next.
