Maximum Hours. No employee shall be scheduled for more than ten (10) hours per day, or for more than forty-eight (48) hours per week, unless mutually agreed otherwise by the Employer and the employee.

Maximum Hours. Employees shall be paid at least time and a half for all overtime worked in excess of 40 hours in any one week and for work performed on New Year's Day (Jan. 1), Memorial Day (last Monday in May), Independence Day (July 4), Labor Day (first Monday in September), Thanksgiving Day (fourth Thursday in November), and Christmas Day (December 25).
