Leave to Hold Full Time Union Position. Any employee who is selected for a full-time Union position shall, upon application, be granted leave of absence without pay for a period of up to, but not exceeding one (1) year. The employee’s seniority shall be retained, but not accumulated during the period of absence. An employee requesting such leave will provide as much notice as possible, but in any event will be expected to give no less than thirty (30) days notice.

  • Regular Full-Time Employees A regular full-time employee is one who works full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular full-time employees accumulate seniority and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement.

  • Full-Time Employee A full-time employee shall be an employee who is normally scheduled to work not less than forty (40) hours per week, consisting of five (5) eight (8) hour working days.

  • Full-Time Employment A full-time Employee is one who is engaged to work 38 hours per week or an average of 38 hours per week pursuant to clause 26(a) of the Agreement.
