Leave Credits on Termination. The balance of any paid personal leave accrued under this Agreement shall be paid out, at the all purpose weekly wage rate, if an employee’s employment is terminates at the end of the Project. Ongoing employees of the Company may elect to cash out a portion of accrued paid personal to the extent permissible under the WR Act, and the Company may not reasonable refuse such a request.

  • Expiration of Sick Leave Credits Employees who are absent due to sickness beyond their accumulated sick leave credits shall be placed on an unpaid leave of absence until they are in receipt of long-term disability benefits. (Reference Article 37 - Leave – General and Appendix A – Long-Term Disability Insurance Plan.)

  • Sick Leave Credits Regular employees who have completed their probationary period will accrue sick leave credits at the rate of one day per month to a maximum of 156 days. Upon completion of their probationary period, an employee will be credited with sick leave back to the employee's starting date. Upon request, an employee will be advised in writing of the balance of their sick leave credits.

  • Payment of Annual Leave on Termination On the termination of their employment, an employee will be paid their untaken or pro-rata annual leave.

  • Vacation Pay on Termination An employee whose employment is terminated shall receive vacation pay at the appropriate percentage of the wages or salary earned during the period of entitlement in accordance with the employee's years of service.

  • Compensation on Termination (a) If this Project Agreement is terminated pursuant to Sections 34.3(a), 35.2(a)(ii), 36.1, 36.2 or 36.3, then:

After the Termination Date, the Advisor shall not be entitled to compensation for further services hereunder except it shall be entitled to receive from the Company within 30 days after the effective date of such termination all unpaid reimbursements of expenses and all earned but unpaid fees payable to the Advisor prior to termination of this Agreement.

  • Vacation Leave Credits for Severance Pay Where the employee requests, the Employer shall grant the employee’s unused vacation leave credits prior to termination of employment if this will enable the employee, for purposes of severance pay, to complete the first (1st) year of continuous employment in the case of lay-off.
