LAW OBSERVANCE. The Customer agrees that every person connected with the Customer’s occupancy and use of the Licensed Area shall abide by, conform to and comply with all the laws of the United States and the State of South Carolina, and all of the ordinances of the City, together with the rules and regulations of the Authority for management and operation of the Center and all areas therein. The Customer will not do, or allow to be done, anything in the Licensed Area or the Center or its grounds during the term of this Agreement, in violation of applicable law. This covenant shall apply to the Customer, its employees, agents and/or other persons admitted to the Licensed Area by the Customer. The Customer will immediately desist from and correct all violations of applicable law upon notice from the Authority. The Customer shall be responsible for and hold the Authority harmless from any violations of all laws (excluding, however, any violations of law by the Authority), including but not limited to copyright laws, by every person connected with the Customer’s occupancy and use of the Licensed Area. This clause is subject to the SC Tort Claims Act. The Customer agrees to pay promptly all taxes, excise or license fees and obtain all licenses or permits for use of the Licensed Area as required by law, and agrees to provide evidence of same to the Authority upon request. The Customer also agrees to advise all exhibitors offering goods for sale that applicable sales tax reports must be filed, and taxes paid, designating that sales were made in the Center. LAW OBSERVANCE. The User agrees that every member connected with the said concert, entertainment or other purposes for which said auditorium is occupied shall abide by, conform to and comply with all laws of the United States, the State of Florida, the County of Brevard, and the ordinances of the City of Melbourne, and the rules and regulations of the King Center and Brevard Community College for the government and management of the said auditorium, together with all the rules and requirements of the Police and Fire Department of the City of Melbourne, and will not do, nor suffer to be done, anything on the said premises, during the term of this lease, in violation of any such rules, laws or ordinances, and if the attention of the User is called to such violation on the part of the agreement, or any other person employed by or admitted to the said premises by the User, the User will immediately desist from and correct such violations.
LAW OBSERVANCE. Lessee shall comply with all Federal, State, and Local law, regulations and guidelines including those applicable to communicable diseases.
LAW OBSERVANCE. Lessee and its employees, agents, licensees and invited guests shall abide by, conform to and comply with all federal, state, and local laws, rules, ordinances and regulations, and shall not do, nor suffer to be done, anything at College’s facilities and grounds in violation thereof.
LAW OBSERVANCE. Lessee shall comply with all laws of the United States, and the State of Texas, all ordinances of the City of Decatur and all rules and requirements of the Police and Fire Departments, or other municipal authorities of the City of Decatur and will obtain and pay for all the necessary permits and licenses, and will not do, nor suffer to be done, anything on said premises during the term of this agreement in violation of such laws, ordinances, rules or requirements. If the attention of Lessor is called to any such violation on the part of said Xxxxxx, or any other person employed by or admitted to the said premises by the said Xxxxxx, such Lessee will immediately correct such violation.
LAW OBSERVANCE. Organizer shall comply with all laws of the United States, and of the State of Texas, all ordinances of the City of Austin, and all rules and requirements of the Police and Fire Departments, or other Municipal Authorities of the City of Austin. Upon violation of law by Organizer, or any person employed by or admitted by to the said property by Organizer, upon notice Organizer will immediately take action to correct any such violations.
LAW OBSERVANCE. Lessee shall comply with all laws of the United States, and the State of Texas, all ordinances of the City of Midland and Midland County and all rules and requirements of the Police and Fire Departments, or other municipal authorities of the City Of Midland and Midland County and will obtain and pay for all the necessary permits and licenses, and will not do, nor suffer to be done, anything on said premises during the term of this agreement in violation of such laws, ordinances, rules or requirements, and if the attention of Lessor is called to any such violation on the part of said Xxxxxx, or any other person employed by or admitted to the said premises by the said Xxxxxx, such Lessee will immediately desist from and correct such violation.
LAW OBSERVANCE. Permittee shall comply with all federal, state and local laws.
LAW OBSERVANCE. 8.1 Lessee shall not do, nor suffer to be done, anything on the said leased premises, during the term of this lease in violation of the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, and all the ordinances of the City of Liberty. Further, Lessee shall obey all rules and regulations of the City for the government and management of said building, together with all rules and requirements of the police and fire departments of the City. The Lessee agrees that every employer or agent connected with the purpose of which said building is rented, shall abide by, conform to and comply with all and any such rules, laws or ordinances. If the attention of said Lessee is called to such violation, Lessee will immediately desist from and correct such violations.
