Tenant Parties. The term “Tenant Parties” means Tenant and its respective employees, agents, contractors, licensees, invitees, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, partners, and members.

Tenant Parties. “Tenant Parties” shall mean Tenant, its affiliates, successors and assignees (including any Permitted Assignees), subtenants (including any Permitted Sublessee), contractors, or invitees, and the officers, employees and agents of each of the foregoing.
