MAIN LOBBIES, ELEVATORS, STAIRWELLS AND COMMON CORRIDORS. Cleaning and janitorial services to be provided in the common areas of the building shall include:
1. Trash removal, vacuuming, dusting and damp mopping of resilient floors and cleaning and sanitizing of water fountains.
2. High dusting to be rendered as needed.
MAIN LOBBIES, ELEVATORS, STAIRWELLS AND COMMON CORRIDORS. Daily: (Monday through Friday, inclusive, holidays observed by the cleaning company excepted).
1. Sweep and damp mop all floors, empty and clean waste receptacles, dispose of waste.
2. Clean elevators, wash or vacuum floors, wipe down walls and doors.
3. Spot clean any metal work inside lobbies.
4. Spot clean any metal work surrounding building entrance doors.
5. Sweep all stairwells and dust handrails. Monthly:
1. All resilient tile floors in public areas to be spray buffed.
