Jury or Court Witness Duty. 22.01 (i) Where a regular employee, regular probationary or auxiliary employee working full-time shifts in excess of three (3) continuous months has been selected to serve as a juror, or ordered to appear as a witness in any court action, he/she shall be granted leave of absence for such purpose.
