Equal Pay for Equal Work. The principle of equal pay for equal work shall apply, regardless of sex.
Equal Pay for Equal Work. The Employer shall not discriminate between male and female employees by paying a female employee at a rate of pay less than the rate of pay paid to a male employee, or vice versa, for the same work performed in the same establishment.
