Jury or Court Witness Duty. The City shall grant leave of absence without loss of pay and without loss of seniority, to an employee who is subpoenaed as a witness or is required to serve as a juror in any court proceeding other than a court proceeding occasioned by the employee’s personal affairs. The employee will turn over to the City the payment he or she received for such services, excluding payments for travelling, meals or other expenses. The employee will present proof of service and the amount of pay received.
