An employee who is required to serve as a juror or subpoenaed to appear as a witness during regular working hours shall be granted paid leave upon proper documentation and application. Jury Duty/Witness Leave. An In the event an employee who is required to perform jury duty or serve as a juror or subpoenaed witness under court subpoena in a case to appear which he is not a party, he will receive their regular rate of pay for such time as a witness he is required to be away from his job during regular working his regularly scheduled hours of work and shall be granted paid leave required to return to his regular shift upon proper documentation and application.
