Jury and Witness Leave. 25.09 Employees who regularly work eighteen (18) hours per week or greater and who are required to serve as a juror in a court, or who are subpoenaed to serve as a witness in a court proceeding, during a scheduled vacation may, upon request, have that period of vacation time listed be changed to jury duty or witness leave.
