Job Descriptions and Ratings. For this program, a job description and the contents therein are for the purposes of rating a job and assigning the job into the proper wage grade for application of the Wage Rate Schedule. The description of a job shall be in sufficient detail to enable that job to be identified and rated. A job description reflects the major duties, responsibilities and qualifications required for proper evaluation and shall not be construed as a detailed description of all the work requirements inherent to the job. The rating of jobs on the basis of job content involves certain basic determinations being made with respect to the skill level, responsibility and effort required and the working conditions involved in each job. In order to reduce possible errors of personal judgement into practical but reasonable working limits, such determinations and considerations are subdivided and refined into an analysis and rating of each job to assess the relative worth on the basis of specific factors which are to be determined by the Joint Job Evaluation Committee. Job Descriptions and Ratings. 3.01 Accurate evaluations, comparisons and grouping of jobs are dependent on the collection and maintenance of accurate and up-to-date information about job requirements.   • Job Descriptions The Employer agrees to supply each employee with a copy of her current job description. Upon request, the Union and the Bargaining Unit Chair shall be provided copies of all job descriptions in the bargaining unit.

  • Job Description The Employer agrees to draw up job descriptions for all positions for which the Union is bargaining agent. These descriptions shall be presented and discussed with the Union and shall become the recognized job descriptions unless the Union presents written objection with thirty (30) calendar days. If such objection cannot be resolved, the issue may be subject to grievance and arbitration.

  • Level 4 If the Employee is not satisfied with the response of the Assistant Superintendent for Administrative Services, the Employee may submit the grievance to the Superintendent within ten (10) days of the receipt of the response to Level 3. The Superintendent shall sign and date all copies when he/she receives them. The Superintendent shall respond in writing within ten (10) days of the above date. Either party may be accompanied by one other Employee or administrator.

  • Level I If the grievance is not resolved through informal discussions, the School District designee shall give a written decision on the grievance to the parties involved within ten (10) days after receipt of the written grievance.

  • Position Descriptions Individual position descriptions shall be reduced to writing and delineate the duties currently assigned to an employee’s position. A dated copy of the position description shall be given to the employee upon assuming the position and when the position description is amended. The individual position description shall be subject to at least an annual review with the employee. Nothing contained herein shall compromise the right or the responsibility of the Agency to assign work consistent with the classification specification.

  • Ratings No “nationally recognized statistical rating organization” as such term is defined for purposes of Rule 436(g)(2) (i) has imposed (or has informed the Company that it is considering imposing) any condition (financial or otherwise) on the Company’s retaining any rating assigned to the Company or any securities of the Company or (ii) has indicated to the Company that it is considering any of the actions described in Section 7(c)(ii) hereof.

  • No Ratings There are no securities or preferred stock of or guaranteed by the Company or any of its subsidiaries that are rated by a “nationally recognized statistical rating organization,” as such term is defined under Section 3(a)(62) under the 1934 Act.
