Issuer's Call Option. The Issuer may, by giving not less than 10 nor more than 60 days' notice to the Fiscal Agent, the Paying Agents and, in accordance with Condition 14 (Notices), the Holders (which notice shall be irrevocable), redeem the Securities in whole, but not in part, (i) on any date during the Relevant Period, or (ii) on any Interest Payment Date thereafter at their principal amount together with any accrued and unpaid interest up to (but excluding) the Redemption Date and any outstanding Arrears of Interest.

Issuer's Call Option. Subject to Clause 3.6.3 (Conditions for call, redemption, repayment or repurchase), the Issuer may elect, in its sole discretion, to redeem all (but not some only) of the Bonds on the First Call Date or on each Coupon Date thereafter at their Redemption Price.

Issuer's Call Option. The Notes will be redeemable, in whole but not in part at the Issuer’s option, at any time at a redemption price equal to the greater of (i) 100 per cent of the principal amount of such Notes or (ii) as determined by the Quotation Agent (as defined below), the sum of the present values of the remaining scheduled payments of principal and interest thereon (not including any portion of such payments of interest accrued as of the date of redemption) discounted to the redemption date on an annual basis (based on the actual number of days elapsed divided by 365 (or, if any of those days elapsed fall in a leap year, the sum of (x) the number of those days falling in a leap year divided by 366 and (y) the number of those days falling in a non-leap year divided by 365)) at the Reference Dealer Rate (as defined below), plus in each case, accrued interest thereon to the date of redemption. For the purposes of this Condition 7(2), Business Day means, in relation to any place, a day on which commercial banks and foreign exchange markets settle payments in that place.

Upon the expiry of such notice, the Issuer shall redeem the Notes.
