Redemption Date. The Redemption Date for any Redemption will be a Business Day of the Company’s choosing that is no more than sixty five (65), nor less than forty five (45), Scheduled Trading Days after the Redemption Notice Date for such Redemption; provided, however, that if, in accordance with Section 5.03(A)(i)(3), the Company has elected to settle all conversions of Notes with a Conversion Date that occurs on or after such Redemption Notice Date and on or before the second (2nd) Business Day immediately before the Redemption Date by Physical Settlement, then the Company may instead elect to choose a Redemption Date that is a Business Day no more than sixty (60), nor less than thirty (30), calendar days after such Redemption Notice Date.
Redemption Date. The Redemption Date for any Redemption will be a Business Day chosen by the Board of Directors that is no more than twenty (20), nor less than ten (10), calendar days after the Redemption Notice Date for such Redemption.
Redemption Date. Unless otherwise specified in a Series Supplement for a Series of Notes, and subject to Sections 7.01(b) and (e), on any Business Day, the Issuers may, at their option, elect to prepay the Outstanding Notes (i) in whole in accordance with Section 7.01(c) or (ii) in part in accordance with Section 7.01(d) (the date of such prepayment, the “Redemption Date”).
Redemption Date. The redemption date of Bonds to be redeemed pursuant to the optional redemption provisions in Section 3.01(a) through (c) shall be a date permitted by such clauses and specified by the Company in the notice delivered pursuant to the preceding Section. The redemption date for mandatory redemptions shall be as specified in Section 3.01(d) through (g), as the case may be, or determined by the Trustee consistently with the provisions thereof.
