Deferred Interest Payments definition

Deferred Interest Payments means all interest and other amounts due on the Loans as listed on Schedule A-8 attached hereto.
Deferred Interest Payments means, as of any date of determination, the aggregate amount of interest Collections received by the Borrower with respect to a Receivable that is a Deferred Interest Loan during the deferral period for such Deferred Interest Loan. For Deferred Interest Loans no longer in the deferral period, Deferred Interest Payments will be deemed to equal the current principal balance of each Receivable multiplied by the annual interest rate of the Receivable.   • Any reference in these Conditions to "principal amount" and/or "interest" (including in relation to any Deferred Interest Payments) in respect of the Notes shall be deemed also to refer to any Additional Amounts which may be payable under this Condition 6.

  • Deferred Interest Payments (including any additional interest accrued thereon) will be payable in accordance with Condition 3.5. If the Issuer decides not to pay the Interest Amount on an Interest Payment Date, the Issuer shall notify the Holders in accordance with Condition 9 and the Principal Paying Agent not less than five Business Days prior to such Interest Payment Date.

  • Deferred Interest Payments will not be made in the instances of Death and Disability Redemptions.

  • Interest Payments With respect to any Purchased Asset, all payments of interest, income, receipts, dividends, and any other collections and distributions received from time to time in connection with any such Purchased Asset.

  • Scheduled Interest Payment means the scheduled payment of interest due on the Mortgage Loan on a Monthly Payment Date.

  • Fixed Interest Payment Date means such Business Day, on which the fixed interest is in fact due and payable. This may fall on a Fixed Coupon Date or may shift to the appropriated Business Day – if the Fixed Coupon Date falls on a day which is not a Business Day – based on the application of the adjustment provision as set out in § 5[(4)][(5)][(6)] (Business Day Convention).
