First Call Date definition

First Call Date means the date falling twelve (12) months after the Issue Date. "Force Majeure Event" has the meaning set forth in Clause 26(a).
First Call Date means the date falling twenty-four (24) months after the First Issue Date.

  • The Issuer may redeem all, but not only some, of the outstanding Bonds in full at any time prior to the First Call Date, at an amount equal to 100.00 per cent.

More Definitions of First Call Date

First Call Date means the Interest Payment Date falling on or immediately after the fifth anniversary of the Issue Date.
