Involvement of third parties. A Party that enters into a subcontract or otherwise involves third parties (including but not limited to Affiliated Entities) in the Project remains responsible for carrying out its relevant part of the Project and for such third party’s compliance with the provisions of this Consortium Agreement and of the Grant Agreement. It has to ensure that the involvement of third parties does not affect the rights and obligations of the other Parties under this Consortium Agreement and the Grant Agreement.
Involvement of third parties. A Party is only allowed to involve third parties in the execution of its work under the Project upon prior approval thereof by the other Parties. A Party that involves third parties (including, but not limited to, Affiliates) in the Project shall at all times remain responsible for the execution of its relevant part of the Project and for such third party’s compliance with the provisions of this Consortium Agreement. Such Party shall ensure that the involvement of third parties does not affect the rights and obligations of the other Parties under this Consortium Agreement.

Entities which are linked to a beneficiary as so-called Affiliated Entities (Article 8 Horizon Europe MGA – formerly in H2020 referred to as Linked Third Parties) may be involved in the implementation of specific tasks within the Project only if they are foreseen in the Grant Agreement, see Article 8 MGA. Involving other Participants such as - associated partners - third parties giving in-kind contributions to the Action - subcontractors - recipients of financial support to third parties: is covered by MGA Article 9. Third party means any entity (whether Affiliated Entity or other Participant) which is not a signatory to this Consortium Agreement. A Party involving a third party retains sole responsibility towards the Granting Authority and other Parties. Parties involving third parties have to ensure that Access rights of the other Parties regarding Background and Results are not impacted. A Party in that case also has to ensure that the Granting Authority, the European Court of Auditors (ECA) and the European Anti-fraud Office (XXXX) can exercise their rights under Article 25 of the MGA also towards the third parties. Be aware – in cases where MGA Annex 3a (Declaration on joint and several liability of Affiliated Entities) has been signed by Affiliated Entities, we recommend having the Affiliated Entities sign an equivalent declaration form.
Involvement of third parties. Other First Nations, Aboriginal peoples, communities, Saskatchewan residents and others who will not be parties to a Final Agreement or Tripartite Final Agreement, but who possess existing interests in, upon or under the lands within the geographic area determined by the Parties in accordance with Subsection 22.05(2) will be involved in the negotiations referred to in Paragraph 22.05(1)(a) in an appropriate manner.
Involvement of third parties. The Agreement may not be assigned by any Party without the prior written consent of the other Party; provided, however, that no such consent shall be required if such assignment is to a person that is (a) the acquirer of substantially all of the assets of the assigning Party; or (b) an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with, the assigning Party. The Supplier shall not have the right to subcontract the performance of its obligations under the Agreement without the prior written consent of Company. If Company gives its consent, the Supplier shall remain jointly and severally responsible and liable for performance of the Agreement for the actions and omissions of a subcontractor.
Involvement of third parties. The Supplier must ensure that all sub-contractors, suppliers and sub-suppliers are involved in this Quality Assurance Agreement. The Supplier must ensure that rights and obligations under this Agreement are adopted by his suppliers, sub-contractors, etc.

A Beneficiary that enters into a subcontract or otherwise involves third parties (including but not limited to Affiliated Entities) in the Project remains solely responsible for carrying out its relevant part of the Project and for such third Beneficiary’s compliance with the provisions of this Consortium Agreement and of the Grant Agreement. It has to ensure that the involvement of third parties does not affect the rights and obligations of the other Beneficiaries under this Consortium Agreement and the Grant Agreement.
Involvement of third parties. A Party that enters into a subcontract or otherwise involves third parties (including but not limited to Affiliated Entities) in the Consortium remains solely responsible for carrying out its relevant part of the work and for such third party’s compliance with the provisions of this ITD Consortium Agreement and of the relevant Grant Agreement(s). It has to ensure that the involvement of third parties does not affect the rights and obligations of the other Parties in this ITD Consortium Agreement.
