Area determined definition

Area determined means the area for which all conditions laid down in the rules for granting the aid have been met; in the case of the single payment scheme, the area declared may be deemed as being determined only if it is actually being accom­ panied by a corresponding number of payment entitlements;
Area determined means the area of plots or parcels for which aid is claimed, as identified in accordance with Article 11 and Article 15(2), (3) and (4) of this Regulation.
Area determined means the area determined by the Scottish Ministers as meeting the eligibility criteria applicable to the schemes mentioned in paragraph (3); and

Examples of Area determined in a sentence

  • The Palestinian Authority shall ensure free access to all holy sites in the Gaza Strip and the Jericho Area determined by the respective religious sects and shall protect these sites.

  • If Tenant does not make a timely written objection to the Rentable Area as set forth, then Tenant shall be deemed to have stipulated and agreed as to the Rentable Area determined by Landlord or as set forth in this Lease, as applicable.
