Common use of Involuntary Transfer and Reassignment Clause in Contracts

Involuntary Transfer and Reassignment. 1. When the Superintendent determines an involuntary transfer and/or reassignment is necessary, the bargaining unit member concerned shall be notified in writing of the transfer and the reason(s) for the transfer at the earliest date possible. Upon request, the member may meet with the Superintendent to discuss the reason(s) for the involuntary transfer or reassignment.
