Intra-District Mail Sample Clauses

Intra-District Mail. Intra-district mail facilities (including e-mail) may be used for distribution of Association communications so long as such communications are labeled as Association materials, contain the name of the authorizing Association official, are not slanderous to any individual or group, and fall within the parameters of the Public Disclosure Commission.

Intra-District Mail. The Association shall have the privilege of using the intra-district mail system consistent with United States postal rules and regulations and School Board Policy. The Association agrees to address all communications to the building representative for distribution.
Intra-District Mail. The Association shall have the right to use intra-District mail service, E-mail, and staff mail boxes for communication purposes with their members.
