International ACH Transactions (IAT). Company shall not initiate any IAT Entries without Bank’s prior approval. If approved by Bank, the following provisions apply to IAT Entries originated by Company:

International ACH Transactions (IAT). If Financial Institution agrees to process IAT’s, Company agrees that any IAT Entry initiated or transmitted by Company to Financial Institution that is intended to settle in a country outside the United States will be in compliance with the laws and regulations of the receiving country. At Company’s request, Financial Institution will assist Company with the form, format, and content of any such Entry prior to processing the Entry into the ACH network. Company agrees and acknowledges that any assistance by Financial Institution does not in any manner obligate Financial Institution for the accuracy or enforceability of the Entry in any country outside the United States. Company bears the risk of any loss caused by any delay, tax, cost, tariff, fee, or other charge incurred on account of the Entry in any country outside the United States. If the settlement of any IAT Entry involves clearing of the Entry in more than one country outside the United States, Financial Institution shall be permitted to rely upon any advice or instruction received by Financial Institution from the financial institution or financial agency located in the first country outside the United States to which the Entry is directed. Company agrees and acknowledges that Financial Institution shall not be liable to Company for any loss or charge incurred by Company as the result of the application of any foreign currency exchange criteria imposed by any institution or agency located outside the United States.
International ACH Transactions (IAT). You specifically agree to comply with any requests for information required by the NACHA rules with respect to IAT Entries. You further acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for ensuring that international ACH transactions are properly identified using the IAT Standard Entry Class Code. With respect to each Entry submitted, you represent and warrant that you have conducted a thorough examination of Receiver and other third party relationships to identify those transactions resulting in a transfer of funds to or from a party or financial agency outside the territorial jurisdiction of the United States. With respect to each IAT Entry you submit, you represent and warrant that you have submitted such IAT Entry in compliance with United States law, including your obligations under rules promulgated and programs administered by the OFAC and FinCEN that you are not acting on behalf of or transmitting funds to anyone subject to OFAC sanctions and that such IAT Entry complies with the laws and payment system rules of the receiving country. Receiving Depository Financial Institutions (“RDFI(s)”), Gateway Operators, us as ODFI and others involved with IAT Entries also have obligations under and have to comply with the NACHA rules and United States law for IAT Entries. The performance by all participants, including us, of obligations with respect to IAT Entries may cause delays in processing, settlement and/or availability of IAT Entries or funds. You waive and release us from any liability or obligation, including funds availability obligations caused by or arising out of any such delay associated with IAT Entries.
International ACH Transactions (IAT). We may, as needed, research and comply with Office of Foreign Asset Control laws, suspend and/or delay settlement of International ACH transactions to your account.

  • International ACH Transactions You understand that in the event an International ACH Transaction (“IAT”) Entry that is transmitted to or from any of your accounts is identified and designated by the Credit Union’s screening criteria for review and examination under the OFAC Rules and Regulations (“OFAC Rules”). The settlement of such an IAT Entry may be delayed or suspended pending the Credit Union’s review of the IAT Entry, and may be terminated under applicable OFAC Rules. You acknowledge that we may be required to place an indefinite hold on the funds covered by the IAT Entry if the IAT Entry is required to be terminated under the OFAC Rules. You agree that any delay described above will be a permissible delay under the regulations applicable to the availability of funds held in deposit accounts. In the event an IAT Entry is delayed or terminated, we will provide you such notice as may be required by applicable laws and regulations.

  • OVERSEAS TRANSACTIONS 13.1 The Cardmember may use the Credit Card outside Malaysia where there are Authorised Merchants and/or Authorised Cash Outlets.

  • Mobile Banking Transactions At the present time, you may use Mobile Banking to: • Transfer funds between your savings, checking, and Club accounts. • Make loan payments from your savings, checking, and Club accounts. • Obtain account balance and transaction history on your savings, checking, and Club accounts. • Obtain information on your loan account balance, transaction history, payment due dates, loan payoff amounts and finance charges. • Make xxxx payments from your savings or checking account using the Mobile Xxxx Xxxxx service . When you register for Mobile Banking, designated accounts and payees (or billers) linked to your account through Online Banking will be accessible through the Mobile Banking service.

  • ACH transactions For ATM and one-time debit card transactions, you must affirmatively consent to such coverage. Without your consent, the Credit Union may not authorize and pay an ATM or one-time debit card transaction that will result in insufficient funds in your account. If you have established a service linking your share or deposit account with other individual or joint accounts, you authorize us to transfer funds from other another account of yours to cover an insufficient item, including transfers from a share or deposit account, an overdraft line-of-credit account, or other account you so designate. Services and fees for these transactions are shown in the document the Credit Union uses to capture your affirmative consent and the Schedule of Fees and Charges. Except as otherwise agreed in writing, if we exercise our right to use our discretion to pay such items that result in an insufficiency of funds in your account, we do not agree to pay them in the future and may discontinue coverage at any time without notice. If we pay these items or impose a fee that results in insufficient funds in your account, you agree to pay the insufficient amount, including the fee assessed by us, in accordance with our standard overdraft services or any other service you may have authorized with us, or if you do not have such protections with us, in accordance with any overdraft payment policy we have, as applicable.

  • International Olympic Committee; International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement As instructed from time to time by ICANN, the names (including their IDN variants, where applicable) relating to the International Olympic Committee, International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement listed at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/en/resources/registries/reserved shall be withheld from registration or allocated to Registry Operator at the second level within the TLD. Additional International Olympic Committee, International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement names (including their IDN variants) may be added to the list upon ten (10) calendar days notice from ICANN to Registry Operator. Such names may not be activated in the DNS, and may not be released for registration to any person or entity other than Registry Operator. Upon conclusion of Registry Operator’s designation as operator of the registry for the TLD, all such names withheld from registration or allocated to Registry Operator shall be transferred as specified by ICANN. Registry Operator may self-­‐allocate and renew such names without use of an ICANN accredited registrar, which will not be considered Transactions for purposes of Section 6.1 of the Agreement.

  • International Transactions When you use your Visa Debit Card, Platinum Visa Credit Card, or ATM card for international transactions, a fee will be assessed. You agree to pay a 1.00% international transaction fee for ATM and point-of-sale (i.e., PIN-based) transactions and a 3.00% international transaction fee for all other international transactions and cash advances. The fee will be assessed on international transactions if a currency conversion does take place or if the transaction is processed in U.S. dollars. When you use your Visa Debit Card, Visa Credit Card, or ATM card at a merchant that settles in, or at an ATM that dispenses, currency other than U.S. dollars, the charge will be converted into the U.S. dollar amount. The currency conversion rate used to determine the transaction amount in U.S. dollars is either a wholesale market rate or the government-mandated rate in effect the day before the processing date. The conversion rate in effect on the processing date may differ from the rate in effect on the transaction date or posting date. The International Transaction Fee will be calculated after the transaction has been converted to U.S. dollars.
