Insurance Claim Administration. Manager shall provide timely written reports to Owner, and as further directed, in writing by Owner to the insurance carrier concerning all accidents and claims for damage relating to the ownership, operation and maintenance of the Property promptly after it is made aware thereof, and shall promptly prepare any reports required by Owner or an insurance carrier in connection therewith. A copy of any such reports above referenced shall be delivered to Owner's representative. Manager is not authorized to settle any claims with or against insurance companies arising out of any policies, including the execution of proofs of loss, the adjustment of losses, signing of receipts, and the collection of money, without the express written consent and approval of Owner.

Copies of any such reports above referenced shall be delivered to Owner’s representative. Manager is not authorized to settle any commercial general liability, business auto or property claims covered under any of Owner’s insurance policies with or against insurance companies, including the execution of proofs of loss, the adjustment of losses, signing of receipts, and the collection of money, without the express written consent and approval of Owner.
Insurance Claim Administration. If requested, the Agent will undertake administrative oversight of any insurance claim, the Association shall pay the Agent an administrative fee as stipulated in Exhibit A.
Insurance Claim Administration. In the event the Association elects to restore Common Areas or other portions of the Association following insurable claims for damage caused by tornadoes, fires, floods, the Association agrees to reimburse Agent five percent (5%) of the total cost of the restoration project for the additional administrative burden Agent will incur in claim administration and coordinating the repair and restoration process.

  • Insurance Claims The Supplier shall promptly notify to insurers any matter arising from, or in relation to, the Goods and/or Services and/or this Framework Agreement for which it may be entitled to claim under any of the Insurances. In the event that the Authority receives a claim relating to or arising out of the Goods and/or Services or this Framework Agreement, the Supplier shall co-operate with the Authority and assist it in dealing with such claims including without limitation providing information and documentation in a timely manner. Except where the Authority is the claimant party, the Supplier shall give the Authority notice within twenty (20) Working Days after any insurance claim in excess of £30,000 relating to or arising out of the provision of the Goods and/or Services or this Framework Agreement on any of the Insurances or which, but for the application of the applicable policy excess, would be made on any of the Insurances and (if required by the Authority) full details of the incident giving rise to the claim. Where any Insurance requires payment of a premium, the Supplier shall be liable for and shall promptly pay such premium. Where any Insurance is subject to an excess or deductible below which the indemnity from insurers is excluded, the Supplier shall be liable for such excess or deductible. The Supplier shall not be entitled to recover from the Authority any sum paid by way of excess or deductible under the Insurances whether under the terms of this Framework Agreement or otherwise.   • Standard Hazard Insurance and Flood Insurance Policies (a) For each Mortgage Loan, the Master Servicer shall enforce any obligation of the Servicers under the related Servicing Agreements to maintain or cause to be maintained standard fire and casualty insurance and, where applicable, flood insurance, all in accordance with the provisions of the related Servicing Agreements. It is understood and agreed that such insurance shall be with insurers meeting the eligibility requirements set forth in the applicable Servicing Agreement and that no earthquake or other additional insurance is to be required of any Mortgagor or to be maintained on property acquired in respect of a defaulted loan, other than pursuant to such applicable laws and regulations as shall at any time be in force and as shall require such additional insurance.

  • Insurance Benefits Borrower shall cooperate with Lender in obtaining for Lender the benefits of any Insurance Proceeds lawfully or equitably payable in connection with the Property, and Lender shall be reimbursed for any expenses incurred in connection therewith (including reasonable attorneys' fees and disbursements, and the payment by Borrower of the expense of an appraisal on behalf of Lender in case of a fire or other casualty affecting the Property or any part thereof) out of such Insurance Proceeds.
