Restoration Project definition

Restoration Project means any restoration, rehabilitation, replacement, and/or acquisition of equivalent resources planned or implemented by the Trustees pursuant to this Consent Decree and the Restoration Plan.
Restoration Project means a project that brings a site back to its historic function as part of a natural ecosystem or improving the ecological functionality of the site.
Restoration Project means all measures set forth in the underlying Agreement in Principle (Attachment 1) as further developed in this MOU and having the purpose of restoring chinook salmon and steelhead habitat associated with FERC Project No. 1121, within the Restoration Project Area.

More Definitions of Restoration Project

Restoration Project means a proposed or approved capital improvement project such as ecosystem restoration, hydrological restoration, or invasive plant removal that do not qualify as an “other capital improvement project “ as defined in paragraph 18-24.001(2)(p).
Restoration Project means the Fishladder Construction Project described in Appendix C hereto and implemented in accordance with the Final Design to be developed pursuant to Paragraph 17 of this Consent Judgment and the Conceptual Design Document attached as Appendix D hereto.
