Instrumentation and Controls Design. Advance the design of the Instrumentation and Controls systems (I&C) to the 30% level. The primary focus of this effort will be on the facilities that are included in Contract 1, but facilities to be constructed under separate contracts will be included in this documentation as needed to convey the full intent of the system. Complete the following tasks: • Update preliminary tagging conventions and nomenclature. • Update P&IDs. Update the P&IDs prepared for the Contract 1 Design Report to show all major systems and the secondary systems required for operation of these facilities.

Instrumentation and Controls Design. Advance the design of the Instrumentation and Controls systems (I&C) to the 30% level for the facilities included in Contract 2. Complete the following tasks: • Update preliminary tagging conventions and nomenclature. • Prepare Control System Block Diagram. Prepare a control system block diagram that will describe the architecture of the control system. • Establish spatial requirements for controls system elements that will reside in each structure that is included as part of this Contract • Update P&IDs. Update the P&IDs prepared for the Contract 2 Design Report to show all major systems and the secondary systems required for operation of these facilities.
Instrumentation and Controls Design. Instrumentation and Control design includes work necessary for completion of instrumentation and control design drawings and specifications up to and including final Digester/DAFT Project Exhibit A Scope of Services September 4, 2013 A-41 drawings and specifications suitable for inclusion in the contract documents for public bidding. The design shall include instrumentation system control overview diagrams showing electric power and control system arrangements for this Project, typical MCC control diagrams, typical instrument loop drawings, control loop descriptions, integration with existing fire and security alarms and gas monitoring systems, I/O cabinet general layouts, instrument schedule and I/O schedule. This approach assumes that the general contractor will furnish and install all instrumentation and control equipment and wiring and the City, or its designated agent, will be the PLC and DCS programmer for the facility during the construction phase of the Project. Instrumentation and Control design will be designed in accordance with the Instrumentation and Control Standards developed in Task 2. All systems shall be designed for partially manned operation (8 hours out of 24) with provisions for “fail-safe” operation to continue operation or safely shutdown and limited potential for manned response.   • Access Controls a. Authorized Access - DST shall have controls that are designed to maintain the logical separation such that access to systems hosting Fund Data and/or being used to provide services to Fund will uniquely identify each individual requiring access, grant access only to authorized personnel based on the principle of least privileges, and prevent unauthorized access to Fund Data.

  • TOOLS AND CLOTHING 30.1 An employee shall be required to provide himself with the ordinary hand tools of his trade, based on established trade union practices at the time of signing of this Agreement. EPSCA and the Union shall establish an appropriate tool list for each trade. Each Employer will provide, insofar as is practical, separate facilities for storing the tools of each trade, but shall not be held responsible for losses, except as noted hereunder:

  • Implementation of and Reporting on the Project A. The Grantee shall implement and complete the Project in accordance with Exhibit A and with the plans and specifications contained in its Grant Application, which is on file with the State and is incorporated by reference. Modification of the Project shall require prior written approval of the State.

  • Records and controls The Contractor shall maintain records and controls adequate for administration of this clause. The Contractor shall have no entitlement to performance-based payments during any time the Contractor's records or controls are determined by the Contracting Officer to be inadequate for administration of this clause.

  • Accessibility of Web-Based Information and Applications For State Agency Authorized User Acquisitions: Any web-based information and applications development, or programming delivered pursuant to the contract or procurement, will comply with New York State Enterprise IT Policy NYS-P08-005, Accessibility of Web-Based Information and Applications as follows: Any web-based information and applications development, or programming delivered pursuant to the contract or procurement, will comply with New York State Enterprise IT Policy NYS-P08- 005, Accessibility of Web-Based Information and Applications as such policy may be amended, modified or superseded, which requires that state agency web-based information and applications are accessible to persons with disabilities. Web-based information and applications must conform to New York State Enterprise IT Policy NYS-P08-005 as determined by quality assurance testing. Such quality assurance testing will be conducted by the State Agency Authorized User and the results of such testing must be satisfactory to the Authorized User before web-based information and applications will be considered a qualified deliverable under the contract or procurement.

  • Tools and Equipment As established by current practices, the Employer may determine and provide necessary tools, tool allowance, equipment and foul weather gear. The Employer will repair or replace employer-provided tools and equipment if damaged or worn out beyond usefulness in the normal course of business. Employees are accountable for equipment and/or tools assigned to them and will maintain them in a clean and serviceable condition.

  • Internal Controls The Company shall maintain a system of internal accounting controls sufficient to provide reasonable assurances that: (i) transactions are executed in accordance with management’s general or specific authorization; (ii) transactions are recorded as necessary in order to permit preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP and to maintain accountability for assets; (iii) access to assets is permitted only in accordance with management’s general or specific authorization; and (iv) the recorded accountability for assets is compared with existing assets at reasonable intervals and appropriate action is taken with respect to any differences.

  • Audit Controls P. Contractor agrees to an annual system security review by the County to assure that systems processing and/or storing Medi-Cal PII are secure. This includes audits and keeping records for a period of at least three (3) years. A routine procedure for system review to catch unauthorized access to Medi-Cal PII shall be established by the Contractor.

  • Security Controls for State Agency Data In accordance with Senate Bill 475, Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., pursuant to Texas Government Code, Section 2054.138, Contractor understands, acknowledges, and agrees that if, pursuant to this Contract, Contractor is or will be authorized to access, transmit, use, or store data for System Agency, Contractor is required to meet the security controls the System Agency determines are proportionate with System Agency’s risk under the Contract based on the sensitivity of System Agency’s data and that Contractor must periodically provide to System Agency evidence that Contractor meets the security controls required under the Contract.

  • Agreement Controls In the event that any term of any of the Loan Documents other than this Agreement conflicts with any express term of this Agreement, the terms and provisions of this Agreement shall control to the extent of such conflict.
