Records and controls. The Contractor shall maintain records and controls adequate for administration of this clause. The Contractor shall have no entitlement to performance-based payments during any time the Contractor's records or controls are determined by the Contracting Officer to be inadequate for administration of this clause.

Records and controls. You must keep separate, accurate, detailed and complete financial records of how the grant is used (including retaining original receipts) and have in place suitable controls for ensuring that the grant is only used in accordance with this agreement. You must keep all records relating to the grant for at least six years following the final payment on the grant. You must maintain records of payments to third parties out of the grant and you must ensure that third parties maintain records for inspection by Comic Relief of monies received under the grant and expenditure. You must also keep an asset register of all assets purchased with Comic Relief monies.
