EXHIBIT A SCOPE OF SERVICES. Consultant shall provide the City professional engineering services in all phases of the Project to which this Agreement applies as hereinafter provided. These services will include serving as the City’s professional engineering representative for the Project, providing professional engineering consultation and advice and furnishing customary civil, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering services and customary engineering services incidental thereto, as described below.

OVERVIEW The Consultant shall perform all the duties and services specifically set forth herein and shall provide such other services as the Authority deems necessary or advisable, or are reasonable and necessary to accomplish the intent of this Agreement in the manner consistent with the standards and practices of professional financial advisors. Such personnel shall be herein referred to as a Crossing Guard. The Contractor is an independent Contractor and the Crossing Guards to be furnished by it shall at all times be its employees and not those of the City.
