Monitoring Systems. State Street shall monitor its systems (i) security incidents; (ii) unauthorized use of or access to Client Data; and (iii) violations and suspicious activity. This includes suspicious external activity (including unauthorized probes, scans or break-in attempts) and suspicious internal activity (including unauthorized system administrator access, unauthorized changes to its systems or network, system or network misuse or theft or mishandling of Client Data). State Street shall maintain audit and logging capabilities that will enable the State Street to effectively detect, respond to and investigate a data security incident.

DST shall monitor its systems and its procedures for (i) security incidents; (ii) unauthorized use of or access to Fund Confidential Information; and (iii) violations external and internal and suspicious activities and network systems isuseDST shall maintain audit and logging capabilities that will enable DST to effectively detect, respond to and investigate a data security incident.
Monitoring Systems. 4.1 The Franchisee shall provide to the Secretary of State and the ODA a report setting out any Olympics Cancellations which are attributed to the responsibility of the Franchisee in the relevant 42 Day Statement by no later than 17 days after the end of the Reporting Period ending 19th August 2012, and (in respect of the Paralympic Games) by no later than 17 days after the end of the Reporting Period ending 16th September 2012.
Monitoring Systems. Each shuttle must be equipped with a Global Positioning System (GPS) or similar device to allow automated tracking by COUNTY and a Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) camera system to monitor shuttle activities (as approved by the COUNTY Project Coordinator). CONTRACTOR is solely responsible for any and all costs of installation, maintenance, repairs, and operation of the monitoring systems.

Monitoring Systems. All Archipelago computers will be included in the Xxxxxxxx Analytics inventory and monitoring system. The inventory system is Microsoft SMS. Two monitoring systems are used, SMTPc and a proprietary system developed by Xxxxxxxx Analytics.
