INSTRUCTOR STIPEND. The parties agree that effective the pay period following Board of Supervisorsapproval of this Agreement unit members designated by the Chief Probation Officer to act as instructors shall receive a stipend of five percent (5%) of their base salary for all hours acting in that capacity. Notwithstanding Government Code section 3300 et seq., the removal of any person from this assignment may be made without hearing, and shall not be considered a punitive act, as discretion for this assignment remains with the Chief Probation Officer.

INSTRUCTOR STIPEND. Any covered employee who is selected by the EMS Manager to teach a training course, while not on a regularly scheduled shift, as part of their job duties shall receive an instructor stipend of up to one hundred and fifty dollars ($150). (Note: such an instructor shall also receive compensation for any overtime earned by teaching the course as required by the FLSA.)

  • Instructor Associated with the position of Instructor is a nominal workload of 195 hours per half-credit course. This nominal workload is normally made up of scheduled contact time with students and non-classroom time. The non-classroom time is made up of preparation of lectures, student consultation, marking or grading and course administration, including grade appeals and cases of academic dishonesty. In the case of a two-hour lecture per week, or the equivalent of a two-hour lecture per week, the incumbent shall also be responsible for the first hour of seminar in each course.   • Instructors 7.1 All instructors teaching Xxxxxx College courses offered as part of this CCAP Agreement must meet the minimum qualifications for instruction in a California community college as set forth in Title 5 California Code of Regulations, Sections 53410 and 58060 or as amended, and be hired by the CLPCCD.

  • Board Member Training Within 90 days after the Effective Date, each member of the Board of Directors shall receive at least two hours of training. This training shall address the corporate governance responsibilities of board members, and the responsibilities of board members with respect to review and oversight of the Compliance Program. Specifically, the training shall address the unique responsibilities of health care Board members, including the risks, oversight areas, and strategic approaches to conducting oversight of a health care entity. This training may be conducted by an outside compliance expert hired by the Board and should include a discussion of the OIG’s guidance on Board member responsibilities.‌ New members of the Board of Directors shall receive the Board Member Training described above within 30 days after becoming a member or within 90 days after the Effective Date, whichever is later.
