Stipends. Bargaining unit members may qualify for stipends for advanced degrees which are "in-field." Employees who held out-of-field stipends on the date of contract ratification by the BTU for the 1994-95 school year shall be allowed to continue to receive said stipends until they leave the employment of the District.
Stipends. Stipends. In addition to their regular salaries, academic staff members with an administrative appointment shall receive a stipend as provided in Appendix A. An academic staff member appointed in an acting position for one month or more shall receive the stipend of the regular member, prorated to the term of the appointment, part months to count as full months. No stipends shall be paid for administrative appointments of less than one month. An administrative stipend is taxable income, and shall be counted as income when calculating member benefits that are based upon income.
Stipends. Only performance of those tasks or responsibilities listed under Section 6.13 through 6.16 (Added Responsibility Increments) or included in Appendix R shall entitle a faculty member to payment of a stipend. Current stipends are listed in Appendix R. A stipend for additional services not otherwise provided for under Sections 6.13 through 6.16 or listed in Appendix R shall not be paid, nor shall services be rendered, prior to agreement with the Association. The amount of such an agreed upon stipend, along with the associated tasks or responsibilities, shall then be added to Appendix R.
Stipends. A complete list of all allocated stipends will be given to staff each year. Any certificated staff member who is interested in any position should notify the principal of said interest. The principal willmake all decisions surrounding the filling of stipend positions. Stipends listed in Appendix D if allocated, and if offered, must be filled by certificated staff.

Stipends. In addition to the Base Salary above, the Bond Manager shall be entitled to receive a prorated annual stipend of 55% of $2,123 for each Masters Degree he has obtained for a maximum of two such stipends and a prorated annual stipend of 55% of $2,123 for a doctorate degree he has obtained. Based upon a satisfactory or better performance evaluation, the Bond Manager shall be granted the same increase to this stipend as granted on the management salary schedule.
