Inland Marine/Transit Insurance. With respect to property with values in excess of $100,000 which is rigged, hauled or situated at the site pending installation, the Contractor shall maintain inland marine/transit insurance provided the coverage is not afforded by a Builder’s Risk policy.

Inland Marine/Transit Insurance. With respect to property with values in excess of $100,000 which is rigged, hauled or situated at the site pending installation, the Contractor shall agree to maintain inland marine property/transit insurance provided the coverage is not afforded by a Builders Risk policy. Coverage shall be provided in accordance with all of the limits, terms and conditions set forth herein. Contractor agrees this coverage shall be provided on a primary basis. The Contractor agrees and understands the County shall not provide any inland marine or transit insurance on behalf of Contractor for loss or damage to Work, or to any other property of owned, hired, or borrowed by the Contractor.
