This will provide confidence & smooth transition for students work. Also the Second party may register on the AICTE Internship Portal for the benefit of students.

Industrial Training & Visits. Industry and Institution interaction will give an insight into the latest developments / requirements of the industries; the Second Party to permit the Faculty and Students of the First Party to visit its group companies and also involve in Industrial Training Programs for the First Party. The industrial training and exposure provided to students and faculty through this association will build confidence and prepare the students to have a smooth transition from academic to working career. The Second Party will provide its Labs / Workshops / Industrial Sites for the hands-on training of the learners enrolled with the First Party. • Internships and Placement of Students: Second Party will actively engage to help the delivery of the Internship and placement of students of the First Party into internships/jobs, as per AICTE internship Policy. The Second Party will also register itself on AICTE Internship Policy Portal for disseminating the Internship opportunities available with them. • Research and Development: Both Parties have agreed to carry out the joint research activities in the fields of - - Name of Industry specializations, activities and services - -. • Skill Development Programs: Second Party to train the students of First Party on the emerging technologies in order to bridge the skill gap and make them industry ready.

  • First Aid Training In the interests of the occupational safety and health of employees, the Employer will undertake an in-service program of first aid training aimed at providing a first aid officer for each department.

  • Safety Training Pursuant to Missouri Revised Statute Section 292.675, Contractors and subcontractors who sign a contract to work on public works projects must provide a 10-hour OSHA construction safety program, or similar program approved by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, to be completed by their on-site employees within sixty (60) days of beginning work on the construction project. Contractors and subcontractors in violation of this provision will forfeit to the public body $2,500 plus $100 a day for each employee who is employed without training. Public bodies and contractors may withhold/assess these penalties from the payment due to those contractors and subcontractors if found to be in non-compliance.

  • Annual Training The Governing Board shall receive initial training and annual training thereafter. Pursuant to O.C.G.A §20-2-2072 and relevant State Board rules, the training shall include, but not be limited to, best practices on school governance, the constitutional and statutory requirements relating to public records and meetings, and the requirements of applicable statutes and rules and regulations.

  • Staff Training VENDOR shall ensure that all staff providing direct Services receive continuing education and training as needed or required and that such education and training is documented.

  • Health and Safety Training Regular employees and auxiliary employees in posted positions shall participate in a Health and Safety Training session once in a calendar year. The training program offered by the Employer must be approved by the joint Health and Safety Committee prior to such training commencing. Training will be provided during normal work hours and employees shall suffer no loss of pay or benefits.

  • Training Assistance (a) Employees shall be reimbursed for one hundred percent (100%) of the tuition for job-related courses approved by the Employer.
