Individual Charges. The leased property is equipped with distribution installations for water, electricity and gas. The connections costs, subscriptions and use of utilities such as water, electricity, telephone etc. shall be paid by the lessee.
Individual Charges. The Lessee shall bear all costs (including capital charges, fixed fees, subscriptions, distributor and connection costs, and any related expenses) associated with their private consumption of, among others, water, gas, electricity, telephone, fax, cable TV, data exchange, and other services they use. Billing for private consumption may be based on readings from private meters or sub-meters. If no private or sub-meters are present in the Building, the charges will be calculated according to the method outlined in Article 6.B regarding common charges.
Individual Charges. 8.2.1. Skechers will bear all costs relating to the use of water, gas, electricity, telephone, telex, etc. or relating to any other services and utilities of the Premises. Furthermore, Skechers will also pay any charges invoiced by the utility companies for measurement appliances, systems, wiring, pipes, mains, etc.
8.2.2. Skechers may not claim any compensation from Prologis in case of any discontinuance or interruption, irrespective of the duration of such discontinuance or interruption of the water supply, gas and electricity, telephone, telex, etc., or of any other services and provisions such as heating, airing, etc. related to the Premises, whatever the reason, unless such a discontinuance or interruption may be ascribed to serious failure of Prologis to take reasonable measures to ensure the continuation of such provisions and services.
Individual Charges. The Lessee shall pay directly to the companies/providers concerned the charges pertaining to public and private services to supplied to the Leased Premises, including: - electricity, - water, - gas, - telephone: - rubbish collection. The subscription to these utilities, distribution facilities and private services, as well as the cost of installation, rental and connection of meters, shall be borne by the Lessee. The interruption of these public services, distribution services or private facilities shall in no case give the Lessee the right to any reduction in rent or other sums due to the Lessor and the Lessee shall not assert this fact in order to suspend or defer payment thereof. It is further agreed that the Lessee shall pay all transferable personal contributions, all rental taxes and other taxes of any kind concerning the Lessee in particular, as well as those relating to the Leased Premises and to the Lessee’s business activities, to which the tenants are or may be subject.
Individual Charges. The Contractor shall not charge the Court nor will the Court assume any liability for any Individual Charges incurred by Attendees. “Individual Charges” means those charges incurred by individual Attendees including, but not limited to, restaurant charges other than the allowable group meals specified herein, any charge for alcoholic beverages, telephone expenses, sleeping room rental deposits, upgrades, cancellation Fee and/or other applicable service or cancellation charges incurred by an Attendee, and associated taxes, surcharges, and/or other incidentals. The Contractor shall provide an itemized ▇▇▇▇ to each Attendee for any Individual Charges. Under no circumstances shall the Contractor charge any Individual Charges to the Master Account, without prior written authorization from the Court.
