Reimbursement for Additional Charges. If Tenant pays or causes to be paid property taxes or similar or other Additional Charges attributable to periods after the end of the Term, whether upon expiration or sooner termination of this Agreement (other than termination by reason of an Event of Default), Tenant may, within a reasonable time after the end of the Term, provide Notice to Landlord of its estimate of such amounts. Landlord shall promptly reimburse Tenant for all payments of such taxes and other similar Additional Charges that are attributable to any period after the Term of this Agreement.

If any Additional Charges have not been reimbursed to Tenant as of the fifth (5th) day after the Landlord receives Tenant's Notice therefor, Landlord shall pay to Tenant such reimbursement with interest at the Overdue Rate from fifth (5th) day after Tenant's Notice therefor to the date of payment thereof.

If Tenant pays or causes to be paid Additional Charges attributable to periods after the end of the Term, Tenant may, within sixty (60) days after the end of the Term, provide Notice to Landlord of such amounts. Provided no uncured monetary Default or Event of Default then exists, Landlord shall reimburse Tenant for all payments of such Additional Charges that are attributable to any period after the expiration or earlier termination of the Term of this Lease within fifteen (15) days after its receipt of such Notice. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Tenant shall only be reimbursed to the extent such Additional Charges are not taken into account in the calculation and settlement of Working Capital accounts as set forth in Section 4.5. In the event Manager pays for Additional Charges attributable to periods before the Commencement Date, Tenant shall receive a payment as set forth in Section 3.1.6(g) below. Tenant shall reimburse Landlord within fifteen (15) days after receipt of Notice (which shall be given within sixty (60) days after the end of the Term) for any Additional Charges paid by Landlord attributable to periods during the Term for which Tenant received a credit in the settlement of Working Capital.

Lessor shall promptly reimburse Lessee for all payments of such taxes and other similar Additional Charges that are attributable to any period after the Term of this Agreement. Lessee shall prepare and file, at its expense, to the extent required or permitted by Applicable Law, all tax returns and other reports in respect of any Additional Charge as may be required by Government Agencies.

  • NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES Unless otherwise specified herein, Contractor shall not include or impose any additional charges including, but not limited to, charges for shipping, handling, or payment processing.

  • Additional Charges In addition to the Base Rent and Percentage Rent, (a) Lessee also will pay and discharge as and when due and payable all other amounts, liabilities, obligations and Impositions that Lessee assumes or agrees to pay under this Lease, and (b) in the event of any failure on the part of Lessee to pay any of those items referred to in clause (a) of this Section 3.3, Lessee also will promptly pay and discharge every fine, penalty, interest and cost that may be added for non-payment or late payment of such items (the items referred to in clauses (a) and (b) of this Section 3.3 being additional rent hereunder and being referred to herein collectively as the “Additional Charges”), and Lessor shall have all legal, equitable and contractual rights, powers and remedies provided either in this Lease or by statute or otherwise in the case of non-payment of the Additional Charges as in the case of non-payment of the Base Rent. If any installment of Base Rent and Percentage Rent or Additional Charges (but only as to those Additional Charges that are payable directly to Lessor) shall not be paid on its due date, Lessee will pay Lessor on demand, as Additional Charges, a late charge (to the extent permitted by law) computed at the Overdue Rate on the amount of such installment, from the due date of such installment to the date of payment thereof. To the extent that Lessee pays any Additional Charges to Lessor pursuant to any requirement of this Lease, Lessee shall be relieved of its obligation to pay such Additional Charges to the entity to which they would otherwise be due and Lessor shall pay same from monies received from Lessee.

  • Additional Expenses The Underwriter will pay all expenses (e.g., shipping, postage and courier costs) associated with the delivery of the Prospectus to prospective investors and investors, other than the costs of delivery to the Underwriter's facilities, provided, that if courier services (other than overnight delivery services utilized in the ordinary course of business) are required to ensure that the Prospectus is delivered to investors on the day immediately preceding the Closing Date, the Company will pay such courier expenses.   • Reimbursement Costs (a) The Borrower agrees to reimburse the Bank for any expenses it incurs in the preparation of this Agreement and any agreement or instrument required by this Agreement. Expenses include, but are not limited to, reasonable attorneys’ fees, including any allocated costs of the Bank’s in-house counsel to the extent permitted by applicable law.
