No Gratuities. Contractor has not directly or indirectly offered or given any gratuities (in the form of entertainment, gifts, or otherwise), to any Judicial Branch Personnel with a view toward securing this Agreement or securing favorable treatment with respect to any determinations concerning the performance of this Agreement.

No Conflict of Interest. Contractor has no interest that would constitute a conflict of interest under PCC 10365.5, 10410 or 10411; Government Code sections 1090 et seq. or 87100 et seq.; or California Rules of Court, rule 10.103 or 10.104, which restrict employees and former employees from contracting with Judicial Branch Entities.
No Gratuities. Seller agrees not to offer or give any employee or independent contractor any gratuity, payment or other inducement with a view toward securing business from Apple or influencing the terms, conditions or performance of this Agreement or any PO.

Grantee’s officers, employees, and agents shall neither solicit nor accept gratuities, favors, or any item of monetary value from contractors, potential contractors, or parties to subagreements, except as permitted by applicable law. No member or delegate to the Congress of the United States or State of Oregon employee shall be admitted to any share or part of this Agreement or any benefit arising therefrom. The warranties set in this Section 9 are in addition to, and not in lieu of, any other warranties set forth in this Agreement or implied by law.
