Make Up Hours. The Union may agree that employees may work up to forty (40) hours per week, Monday to Friday, but excluding Saturday and Sunday, regardless of the number of hours worked in any one day, at the straight rate of pay.

Make Up Hours. The Parties agree that an employee who has missed regular shifts due to illness during the week may request to make up their hours at straight time up to a weekly maximum of 40 hours on the weekend or on their normal scheduled days off if such work is available. Make Up Hours. The Institute of Beauty and Wellness wants students to be successful after graduation. A student will be allowed to make-up hours missed during school time, to avoid overtime charges. If a student fails to show up for a scheduled makeup day, further disciplinary action will be taken. Any student who continually misses their regularly scheduled class or clinic days may temporarily lose the opportunity to make-up hours, per the discretion of Administration. All missed hours need to be made up to satisfy the state required licensing hours for that program. There may be a lapse of time between the class graduation date and the time in which a student may make up missed hours.
