IMAGE USAGE. In this act, the User yes ( ) no ( ), accepts and acknowledges that while using the Service indicated in this Contract, the Company may, always respecting the integrity of the User, make use of their Image for statistical, commercial or promotional purposes. This, through visual, audiovisual or multimedia material, without this generating any liability or obligation for the Company to pay any payment derived from the dissemination and/or exploitation of its image.

IMAGE USAGE. I hereby authorize Countryside Pet Estates to depict in perpetuity the likeness, image, name and other indicia of rights of publicity of myself and my Pet (“Images”) in photographic or other works appearing in any and all media for purposes of promoting, advertising, or marketing current or future events, and I agree that such Images may be used for that purpose without compensation.
IMAGE USAGE. The Client releases the Photographer and assigns permission to all images to use in any media for any purpose which may include, among others, advertising, promotion, marketing and packaging for any product or service. The Client agrees that any images and sound recordings may be combined with other images, text and graphics, cropped, altered and modified. The Client may purchase and obtain prints and digital files with license for personal use only, and is not permitted to sell or authorize any reproductions by parties other than the Photographer and Client.

  • DNS name server availability Refers to the ability of a public-­‐DNS registered “IP address” of a particular name server listed as authoritative for a domain name, to answer DNS queries from an Internet user. All the public DNS-­‐registered “IP address” of all name servers of the domain name being monitored shall be tested individually. If 51% or more of the DNS testing probes get undefined/unanswered results from “DNS tests” to a name server “IP address” during a given time, the name server “IP address” will be considered unavailable.
