Data Usage definition

Data Usage means the amount of data (measured in MB) that has been downloaded to or from your modem in any given month.
Data Usage means the amount of data you may download or upload in accordance with your Monthly Quota in each calendar month

  • Grantee will adhere to the Confidentiality Article requirements and HHS Data Usage Agreement of this contract and immediately contact System Agency if a security violation is detected, or if Grantee has any reason to suspect that the security or integrity of the CMBHS data has been or may be compromised in any way.

  • Customer may purchase the Top Up at that time or wait until the beginning of the next monthly bill for the new Specified Data Usage allowance under the relevant Service Plan.

  • If the Customer does not wish to purchase the Top Up, local data service under the relevant Service Plan will be automatically suspended when the Customer’s data usage reaches the Specified Data Usage.

  • The charge for exceeding your Monthly Data Usage plan amount will appear on your bill statement following the last day of the month for which you exceeded your data usage plan (or on the subsequent bill statement, depending on your bill cycle date).


More Definitions of Data Usage

Data Usage means the amount of data uploaded and downloaded on your Service.
Data Usage means the processing and use, particularly the inspection and forwarding and the statistical evaluation, of all data or parts thereof for scientific research projects, publications, presentations or for recruiting patient populations for follow-up or further studies or for the preparation of further statistical evaluations. The processing and usage of data for the purposes of controlling, monitoring, or quality assurance of data-contributing DZHK projects explicitly do not fall under the above-described data usage.
Data Usage means the amount of data (encompassing both uploads and downloads) that is used by the IP Phone Service and contributes to part of your data usage of your ANT Internet Service.

Related to Data Usage

  • Switched Access Detail Usage Data means a category 1101xx record as defined in the EMI iconectiv Practice BR 010-200-010.

  • Customer Usage Data means the Telecommunications Services usage data of a CLEC End User measured in minutes, sub-minute increments, message units, or otherwise, that is recorded by SBC-13STATE and forwarded to CLEC.

  • Customer Usage Information means information regarding the historical electricity consumption of a Customer;

  • Unique User ID means a string of characters that identifies a specific user and which, in conjunction with a password, passphrase or other mechanism, authenticates a user to an information system.

  • Maximum contaminant level (MCL) means the maximum permissible level of a contaminant in water which is delivered to any user of a public water system.

  • Line Information Data Base (LIDB means a transaction-oriented database system that functions as a centralized repository for data storage and retrieval. LIDB is accessible through CCS networks. LIDB contains records associated with End User line numbers and special billing numbers.

  • System Availability means, with respect to any particular calendar month, the ratio obtained by subtracting Unscheduled Downtime during such month from the Total Monthly Time, and thereafter dividing the difference so obtained by the Total Monthly Time. Represented algebraically, System Availability for any particular calendar month is determined as follows:

  • Location Routing Number (LRN means the ten (10) digit number that is assigned to the network switching elements (Central Office–Host and Remotes as required) for the routing of calls in the network. The first six (6) digits of the LRN will be one of the assigned NPA NXX of the switching element. The purpose and functionality of the last four (4) digits of the LRN have not yet been defined but are passed across the network to the terminating switch.

  • Facility Usage means, at the time in question, the aggregate amount of outstanding Loans and LC Obligations at such time.

  • Non-Availability Charges has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Routine use means the disclosure of a record without the consent of the subject or subjects, for a purpose which is compatible with the purpose for which the record was collected. It includes disclosures required to be made by statute other than the public records law, Iowa Code chapter 22.

  • Peak flow rate means the maximum instantaneous flow from a given storm condition at a particular location.

  • IntraLATA LEC Toll means IntraLATA Toll traffic carried solely by a Local Exchange Carrier and not by an IXC. "IntraLATA Toll Traffic" describes IntraLATA Traffic outside the Local Calling Area.

  • Final Availability Date means the earlier of the Revolving Termination Date and one (1) Business Day prior to the date specified in clause (a) of the definition of Revolving Termination Date.

  • Required Availability means Excess Availability and unrestricted cash and Cash Equivalents in an amount of not less than $5,000,000.

  • Cubic Metre means the volume of gas which occupies one cubic metre when such gas is at a temperature of 15 degrees Celsius, and at a pressure of 101.325 kilopascals absolute;

  • Baseline concentration means that ambient concentration level that exists in the baseline area at the time of the applicable minor source baseline date. A baseline concentration is deter- mined for each pollutant for which a minor source baseline date is estab- lished and shall include:

  • Standard Usage Information means the usage data that is made generally available by the gas utility to all similarly situated Customers on a regular basis, delivered by the gas utility in a standard format.

  • Revolver Usage means, as of any date of determination, the sum of (a) the amount of outstanding Advances, plus (b) the amount of the Letter of Credit Usage.

  • Average Revolver Usage means, with respect to any period, the sum of the aggregate amount of Revolver Usage for each day in such period (calculated as of the end of each respective day) divided by the number of days in such period.

  • Service Availability The total number of minutes in a calendar quarter that the Tyler Software is capable of receiving, processing, and responding to requests, excluding maintenance windows, Client Error Incidents and Force Majeure.

  • Line Information Data Base (LIDB) means a transaction-oriented database system that functions as a centralized repository for data storage and retrieval. LIDB is accessible through CCS networks. LIDB contains records associated with End User line numbers and special billing numbers. LIDB accepts queries from other network elements and provides return result, return error, and return reject responses as appropriate. Examples of information that Account Owners might store in LIDB and in their Line Records are: ABS Validation Data, Originating Line Number Screening (OLNS) data, ZIP Code data, and Calling Name Information.

  • Average Availability means, at any Adjustment Date, the average daily Availability for the fiscal quarter immediately preceding such Adjustment Date.

  • Net Xxxx-to-Market Exposure of a Person means, as of any date of determination, the excess (if any) of all unrealized losses over all unrealized profits of such Person arising from Rate Management Transactions. “Unrealized losses” means the fair market value of the cost to such Person of replacing such Rate Management Transaction as of the date of determination (assuming the Rate Management Transaction were to be terminated as of that date), and “unrealized profits” means the fair market value of the gain to such Person of replacing such Rate Management Transaction as of the date of determination (assuming such Rate Management Transaction were to be terminated as of that date).
