Equipment Usage. The equipment must remain in use for the specific project for which it was obtained in accordance with 2 CFR § 200.313(c)(1), unless the provision in 2 CFR § 200.313(c)(4) applies.
Equipment Usage. The Federation shall pay for its own supplies whenever the use of District equipment is approved for producing Federation materials. The Federation shall pay a reasonable fee for such use. The fee shall be set by the college administration and shall represent the cost to the District, including staff time and maintenance. The District requirements shall, at all times, have priority over that of the Federation.
Equipment Usage. CEFA shall pay for its own supplies whenever using District office equipment. CEFA shall have free usage of typewriters and computer equipment when such are not otherwise in use.
Equipment Usage. 1. Items on the premises include chairs, tables and other equipment. The kitchen area must be wiped down and the refrigerator cleaned out.
Equipment Usage. Equipment shall be used by Provider solely in connection with the New Jersey ECC Time and Attendance Child Care Program (hereinafter “Program”).
Equipment Usage. District-owned equipment, materials or supplies of any nature that are not a part of the approved permit shall not be used, manipulated, or adjusted in any way by User without prior written approval from the District. User shall be solely responsible for ensuring any and all additional property and/or equipment not owned by the District, but provided or rented by User (“Outside Equipment”) complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including any applicable city, county, state and federal safety requirements. User shall provide a written list of all Outside Equipment it plans to use on District Property which list shall be incorporated into this Agreement as an Exhibit. User shall be solely responsible for the condition and use of the Outside Equipment and shall indemnify the District from any harm resulting from any Outside Equipment in accordance with the “Release, Indemnification and Hold Harmless” provision set forth herein. In no event shall the District be responsible or liable for any damage to the Outside Equipment. User shall not use any Outside Equipment that requires permanent changes to the condition of the District Property. User shall not be permitted to remove or displace furniture or apparatus (including but not limited to lights, curtains, ceiling pieces, etc.) except with prior written permission and under the supervision of District representatives in charge.
Equipment Usage. Equipment shall be used by Provider solely in connection with the Louisiana Electronic Child Care Assistance Program (hereinafter “CCAP”).
Equipment Usage. I expressly state that I fully understand the use and function of any pieces of MWW equipment that I might use or rent and that, if I do not understand the function or use or fit of the equipment, that it is my sole responsibility to ask and educate myself on these issues. I have not misrepresented my height, weight, age, skier type or ability to MWW when obtaining MWW equipment for use in the activities and in the field. I agree to release, hold harmless, indemnify and defend MWW, the equipment manufacturers and distributors and their respective owners, agents and employees, from any and all loss and damage including from claims of property damage, personal injury, or death caused in any way by the manufacture, marketing, sale, rental, selection, installation, maintenance, adjustment, use or misuse of the equipment, and/or for any claim based upon negligence, breach of warranty, strict liability, contract or other legal theory, accepting to myself the full and sole responsibility for any and all such damage, injury or death which may result from MWW equipment usage.
Equipment Usage. The Union shall have the right to reasonable use of school equipment. The Union shall pay for the cost of all materials and supplies incident to such use and shall be responsible for proper operations of all such equipment.
