EQUIPMENT USAGE. We hereby allow you, and you hereby agree to use our sailing boats and associated items which can or may consist of sailing vessels, rigging, safety devices, life jackets, flotation devices, rope, sails, and other items associated with sailing and sailing activities (“Equipment”). You agree to abide by the following:

Examples of EQUIPMENT USAGE in a sentence

  • GYM EQUIPMENT USAGE: Client agrees to use equipment only as designed for the purpose of fitness training, and will only perform exercises that they know how to perform properly, and that if unsure about how to complete a movement or exercise, Member agrees to seek professional guidance by Gym staff or trainers prior to engaging in that activity.

  • FULL BALANCE OF PRE-DETERMINED ROOM AND EQUIPMENT USAGE DUE UPON INVOICE UNLESS OTHERWISE ARRANGED BY CVB EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR.

  • X-ray equipment means an x-ray system, subsystem, or component thereof. Types of x-ray equipment are as follows:

  • Facility Usage means, at the time in question, the aggregate amount of outstanding Loans and LC Obligations at such time.

  • AMPS Basic Maintenance Amount, as of any Valuation Date, means the dollar amount equal to (i) the sum of (A) the product of the number of shares of AMPS and Other AMPS Outstanding on such Valuation Date multiplied by the sum of (a) $25,000 and (b) any applicable redemption premium attributable to the designation of a Premium Call Period; (B) the aggregate amount of cash dividends (whether or not earned or declared) that will have accumulated for each share of AMPS and Other AMPS Outstanding, in each case, to (but not including) the end of the current Dividend Period that follows such Valuation Date in the event the then current Dividend Period will end within 49 calendar days of such Valuation Date or through the 49th day after such Valuation Date in the event the then current Dividend Period will not end within 49

  • Accessory equipment means any equipment associated with the installation of a wireless telecommunications facility, including but not limited to cabling, generators, fans, air conditioning units, electrical panels, equipment shelters, equipment cabinets, equipment buildings, pedestals, meters, vaults, splice boxes, and surface location markers.

  • Revolving Facility Usage means at any time the sum of the outstanding Revolving Credit Loans, the outstanding Swing Loans, and the Letter of Credit Obligations.
