Leave Usage. Full shift absences on vacation, sick leave, compensating time off, or holiday in lieu taken by employees on scheduled ten-hour workshifts shall result in the deduction of ten (10) hours from employees’ accrued leave balances.
Leave Usage. Absences shall be covered with appropriate leave credits in an amount equal to the employee’s scheduled work hours for that day.
Leave Usage. For the 4/9/4 work schedules, full day absences on vacation, sick leave, CTO or HIL taken by employees on a scheduled nine-hour day shall result in the deduction of nine (9) hours accrued leave balance. A full day of leave taken on a scheduled four-hour day shall result in the deduction of four (4) hours leave respectively.
Leave Usage. 8. When leave is granted, it shall be considered to be granted on an hourly basis with the hours debited for each complete day of leave being the same as the hours the employee would normally have been scheduled to work on that day. APPENDIX "D" MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
Leave Usage. For the purpose of leave usage and calculation of terminal pay, a workday consists of eight (8) hours. When a daily schedule is provided with the faculty leave form, faculty will be charged actual time used.

APPENDIX C MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT DEFERRED SALARY LEAVE PLAN This Memorandum of Agreement will confirm an understanding reached between the parties in respect of a deferred salary leave plan for members of the Procedural Clerks and Analysis and Reference bargaining unit.
Leave Usage. 11.9.10 Donated leave shall be credited each pay period as time is taken and is subject to the recipient's normal payroll deductions. Hours shall be paid at the recipient's rate of pay.
Leave Usage. Paid leaves may be used by employees in hourly increments. A seven and one-half hour work day shall be used for the purposes of calculating leave time and hourly rates for Certified and Licensed staff except where otherwise indicated.
