Illness on Long Service Leave. (a) Subject to the production of a medical certificate from a Medical Practitioner, if an Employee is ill or injured whilst on long service leave the Employee is entitled to have the period of illness/injury treated as personal leave but only to the extent that the Employee is entitled to personal leave.
