Level 7 Sample Clauses

Level 7. An Employee at this level performs work above and beyond the skills of an Employee at Level 6.
Level 7. Employees who have the relevant trade qualifications and are engaged in specialised cooking, baking, pastry cooking and butchery. Employees at this level have completed additional training and are assigned by the Employer to supervise other qualified Employees undertaking cooking duties. Additional duties may include preparation of operational reports, development of procedures, menu planning, ordering and stock control.
Level 7. 8.8.1 Employees at this level may have satisfactorily completed the prescribed standard of training at a post-trade or equivalent level so as to enable the employee to perform work within the scope of this level. 8.8.2 Employees are required to perform work above and beyond the skills of a Level 6 employee. 8.8.3 Indicative duties include: • full control of one or more kitchens and/or food outlets; supervision of other qualified cooks and kitchen staff.
