Hires Clause Samples
Hires. The City agrees to complete and provide the Union with a copy of the Union's "New Employee Information Form" (Attachment C) for each newly hired employee who will be covered by this Agreement.
Hires. Employees with seniority transferred into another equalization group shall immediately be credited with the average hours of the equalization group to which they are transferred.
Hires. The total number of Neighborhood Residents, Near- Neighborhood Residents and other Permanent Employees hired in each Job Classification.
