Contractor’s Staff definition

Contractor’s Staff means all employees, staff, other workers, agents and consultants of the Contractor and of any sub- Contractors who are engaged in the provision of the Services from time to time.

Contractor’s Staff means all employees, agents, consultants and contractors of the CONTRACTOR and/or of any Sub-Contractor.

Contractor’s Staff. Any employee of any contractor, by whomsoever engaged, including sub-contractors, consultants, or other persons engaged or appointed by such a contractor, including the Directors of companies so engaged under the Contract and self- employed persons.

• The Contractor’s Staff Members will be expected to comply with these requirements as a condition of the placement.

• Contractor and Contractor’s Staff agree to report any and all violations of this agreement by Contractor and Contractor’s Staff and/or by any other person of whom Contractor and Contractor’s Staff become aware.

• Contractor and Contractor’s Staff agree to protect these confidential materials against disclosure to other than Contractor or County employees who have a need to know the information.

• In addition, Contractor and Contractor’s Staff may also have access to proprietary information supplied by other vendors doing business with the County of Los Angeles.

• Contractor and Contractor’s Staff acknowledge that violation of this agreement may subject Contractor and Contractor’s Staff to civil and/or criminal action and that the County of Los Angeles may seek all possible legal redress.

More Definitions of Contractor’s Staff

Contractor’s Staff means those employed or controlled by the Contractor, including Sub-Contractors.

Contractor’s Staff means all persons used by the Contractor to perform services under a specific commercial agreement and includes sub-contractor’s staff. “Criminal Record Declaration means a self-declaration of unspent criminal Form” convictions provided by a member of the Contractors Staff, an example of which is provided as Annex C to this document.

Contractor’s Staff means the employees for whom the Contractor has managerial responsibility, including both permanent and temporary employees, any agency staff and where relevant, the permanent and temporary staff of any Sub-Contractors;

Contractor’s Staff also means Subcontractors’ directors, officers, employees, and agents who provide goods or services on behalf of the Subcontractor and Contractor.

Contractor’s Staff means the persons named in Schedule 1 as the professional staff who will provide the Project Services or such persons who the Authority’s Representative shall otherwise agree may be engaged in the provision of the Project Services;

Contractor’s Staff means any and all Contractor personnel (including without limitation all Key Persons listed in a Purchase Order), staff, project team members and Authorized Representatives, and Contractor’s Subcontractors

Contractor’s Staff means every employee, agent, contractor or sub-contractor of the Contractor who is used by the Contractor to supply, provide or deliver the Goods/Services;
