Hepatitis B Sample Clauses

The Hepatitis B clause establishes requirements and procedures related to the prevention, disclosure, or management of Hepatitis B infection within the context of the agreement. Typically, this clause may require parties to provide proof of vaccination, disclose Hepatitis B status, or follow specific protocols if exposure occurs, especially in environments where there is a risk of transmission, such as healthcare or childcare settings. Its core function is to protect the health and safety of individuals involved by minimizing the risk of Hepatitis B transmission and ensuring compliance with relevant health regulations.
Hepatitis B. Employees who have any contact with blood and other body fluids shall be offered Hepatitis B vaccination at the Employer’s expense.
Hepatitis B. All bargaining unit members will be given the opportunity to be immunized for Hepatitis B at Board expense. New bargaining unit members shall be given the opportunity to be immunized in their first year of employment at Board expense.
